フレーバー変更・お届け周期変更・スキップ・解約方法

Flavor Change

You can change your flavor to your favorite one from the four available flavors even during your subscription, and enjoy the new flavor with your next delivery.


skip

You will receive 4 packets of protein every 2 months, but if you don't need it or feel like the pace is too fast, you can skip the next delivery. You can temporarily postpone the delivery and wait until the next delivery.


Cancellation

If you want to stop your subscription, you can easily cancel it.


Take advantage of these features and enjoy your protein lifestyle at your own pace. Detailed instructions are explained below.

How to change the flavor next time

You can change it from the member page .
①Click the login button from the menu.
② Click "Create an account." (*This is not necessary if you have already registered.)
③Please enter your "last name", "first name", "email" and "password" to register your account. (*If you have already registered, this is not necessary.)
④Click the login button and enter your registered email address and password.
⑤Click on "Subscription List."
⑥Click on “Check details” for the subscription you purchased.
⑦Click "Change BOX item".
⑧ Change the quantity of the flavor you want to change, then click "Save" to complete the process.
This will be changed from your next order.

*Please make any changes up until the end of the month prior to shipping.
For example, if you place your first order on June 22nd, your second order will be sent around August 22nd, so if you want to skip (cancel) your order, please complete the procedure by the end of July.

お届け周期の変更方法

会員ページより変更可能です。
①フレーバー変更方法の①〜⑥を行ってください。
②「お届け周期の変更」をクリックしてください。
③お届けしたい周期を選択して、「変更」をクリックすれば完了です。

＊発送する前月月末まで変更お願いいたします。
例：6月22日に初回の注文をして2ヶ月ごとお届けの場合、8月22日前後に二回目が送られる予定ですので、スキップ（解約）する場合は7月末までに手続きをお願いします。

②Click "Skip".
③Click "Skip" again to complete.
